BONJOUR BUCHAREST

Before you book.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

These terms explain how to reserve a Bonjour Bucharest walk. Check your departure, spoken language, and practical details before confirming.

Your walk

Bucharest, one story at a time · 120 minutes approximately · 12 guests maximum.

Each departure takes place in its stated language, French or English. The website language can be different. A booking covers the stated number of people, including children. Monument admission, transport, food, and drinks are not included unless the offer expressly says so.

Prices and tips

The price of your selected departure is shown before booking. Departures listed as free require no payment or card details. A tip is entirely optional, with no required minimum.

Booking and confirmation

Choose a departure and party size, then provide a valid name and email address. You can correct the details before confirming. Reservations close two hours before departure and depend on availability. Your confirmation includes a reference and a personal management link. Keep it and share it only with someone authorised to manage your booking.

Cancellation and changes

Plans changed? Cancel your free reservation using the link in your confirmation before the tour starts, so someone else can join.

If we must cancel a walk, we will contact you using the booking details. If the organiser cancels a paid service, the price of the cancelled service is refunded; another date may be offered without being imposed. If you cannot find your confirmation, contact us before booking a second time.

Leisure services on a specific date

For a leisure service scheduled on a specific date or period, the exception in Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Romania by OUG 34/2014, may exclude the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. This does not remove the cancellation options in our offer or your rights where a service is not provided or is not as agreed.

Practical information and accessibility

Bring comfortable shoes, water and clothing suited to the weather. The walk takes place outdoors. If weather or local conditions require cancellation, Elena will notify you by email. The route may be adjusted around closures or works.

This approximately two-hour walk takes place entirely outdoors, with stops outside the landmarks. The route uses pavements and street crossings; the Old Town can include cobbles, kerbs and uneven surfaces. Contact Elena before booking to discuss your mobility or accessibility needs.

The booking contact shares practical information with their group. Children remain accompanied by their responsible adult. Follow safety instructions and respect other participants and the places visited. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
