You can browse the walks, articles, and photographs without accepting advertising or audience-measurement cookies. We currently add no behavioural analytics tool, advertising pixel, embedded video player, or embedded social feed.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small item stored by your browser and sent to the relevant website. Other technologies, such as local storage, can serve similar functions. Their purpose and necessity matter more than their name.

Owner dashboard sign-in

When the owner signs in, Supabase uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain and protect that session. These cookies do not track visitors or target advertising.

sb-<project-ref>-auth-token; it may be split into chunks (.0, .1, and so on).

Purpose and provider

Owner authentication with Supabase, on this website’s domain.

Duration

Up to 7 days, renewed when the session is refreshed; removed on sign-out.

Scope

/api/admin; HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on the HTTPS site.

Why is there no “accept all” button?

There is currently no optional category to enable. Storage strictly necessary for a service you expressly request is exempt from prior consent. We do not use a blanket cookie acceptance to add other purposes.

If we add optional technology in the future, it must remain off until you choose it. Refusing and withdrawing will be as accessible as accepting.

Your choices and external links

You can inspect or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking sign-in cookies may prevent the owner dashboard from working. Map links open another service; we do not embed those services in the page. A Stripe payment also opens its own environment, with its own privacy rules.
